<B>Indian Wars Era West Point Certificate</B></I> partially printed, one page on vellum, 15.5" x 19", issued to cadet <I>Harry L. Bailey</B></I> for successfully completing the courses required for graduation, signed by the Academy's superintendent and twelve instructors. Moderate fading of inscribed text, else very good condition.
