Seymour Esq. | 66, Bayswater Road, Plymonth, Devor | England” with 3 round dispatch seals as “INDIAN EMBASSY (NEPAL) | 13 MAY 53” and a rectangular seal in Devnagari script as “Kathmandu Exchange Post Office (Nepal)”, excellent condition. Rare.
