Inauguration Ceremonies Program dated 20 January 1941 for the swearing in of President Franklin Roosevelt and Vice President Henry Wallace. This, FDR's third inaugural, was the only time a U.S. President was inaugurated for a third term. The 16 page 6'' x 9'' program, embossed on the front cover with the Great Seal and bound with red, white and blue ribbon, shows minor toning, else near fine. Its original envelope, marked number 2745 for Platform B, shows significant dampstaining, else very good.
