On Saturday, October 27, 2007, Jos. C. O’Neal, Inc. Auctioneers & Appraisers will be conducting an Important Fall Americana Auction at the O’Neal Auction Center in Laurel, Delaware. The auction will include many items from the Kent Island, Maryland home of Former Delaware Governor Elbert N. Carvel and Mrs. Ann Valliant Carvel.
