Session I: Will begin with toy trains. The Collection of the late Attorney John G. Hamilton (collector, historian and author) will include some outstanding examples such as the American Flyer Presidents' Special, a Lionel Blue Comet Set & a Lionel Rare State Set. After the trains we will commence with a large offering of fine dolls and automatons. Included is the collection of Pat Collins from Charlotte, NC, portions of the Carla Reinholt collection together with dolls from fine collections and estates across North America. Highlights are a rare A. Thullier A6T, a large BSW "Wendy", a long face Jumeau #9. Fashions by Rohmer, FG, EB, and Brus such as an extraordinary 13-1/2" Brevette Bru, a Bru Jne 2 and a rare Kestner Bru, also six Jumeaus including a fabulous E5J. A wonderful complement to these beautiful dolls are two outstanding collections of rare automatons, one from a private collection in the mid-west. Included are Vichy, Phailibois, Jumeau, Lambert & Roulet and DeCamps. This session together with Saturday morning's session of dolls should prove to be one of the finest offerings of fine bisque dolls since our November 2003 offering of the fabulous Schmidt doll collection, and is attractive for both its quality and its diversity.<p>This is a sale that you certainly would not want to miss!
