Eisenhower on the east portico of the U.S. Capitol, January 20, 1953. Contemporary signatures of Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Harry Truman, and Herbert Hoover. Housed in a gilded hardbound archival slipcase. A rare find of an early "Four Presidents" signed photograph! Very fine.
