Former British intelligence officer (1908–1964) whose novels featuring suave spy James Bond have attained unprecedented and seemingly indestructible popularity in more than twenty film adaptations over the course of four decades. Early vintage fountain pen signature, “Ian L. Fleming,” on an off-white 8.5 x 8.5 trimmed sheet from a guest register, also signed by 20 others on both sides, including his brother Peter Fleming. In fine condition, with light show-through from signatures on reverse. A very bold and concise signature.
