Signed IWC, Schaffhausen, Portofino Romana model, ref. 2050, case no. 2591054 Cal. 84961 nickel-finished lever movement, 36 jewels, silvered dial, Roman numerals, blued steel hands, four engine-turned subsidiary dials for moon phases and moon age, day, date and month, small eccentric window for two-digit year display, slim circular case, back secured by six screws. Case: 36mm, signed 2591054, 750. Leather strap stamped IWC SWISS MADE 1016, 18KT yellow gold buckle signed IWC 750. Original Box and papers are included, One owner. Watch was stored in the box for the last 15 years. Introduced in 1994, IWC's Portofino Perpetual Romana model ref. 2050 is believed to be the slimmest perpetual calendar wristwatch ever made, the movement featuring a thickness of only 3.15mm. It remained in production until 1997. Condition Report: Dial is superb like new, mint condition. Case is in excellent, mint condition. Strap is in very good condition.
