ITALIAN STATES PAPAL STATES 1866-1867 Pius IX An 11 Coin Lot of Minor Copper
2 Soldi KM# 1373 1866 XXI R Fine+ and 1867 XXI R in Very Fine, Soldi KM# 1372 1866 XXI R Large Date Extra Fine, 1866 XXI R Small Date Very Fine, 1867 XXI R large Date Fine+ and 1867 XXI Small Date in Very Fine. With KM# 1371 the writer has found consistently that the Seminary Numismatists collected one of each type, being large date/small date, close date/ far date, etc. In this group of coins of 1/2 Soldo, there was 1866 XXI R Very Fine but with 1867 XXI and XXII R, I found one coin of each, a near and far "7"???? Going on line, I could find no mention to this variety which surprises me. Should be viewed.
