This ebony folk art cane is carved with several symbols of Ireland, including vines of shamrocks, other floral imagesand snakes. The stick is carved from a single piece of ebony with a rounded top, and has bands of leaves andshamrocks separated by saw tooth patterns. The 2 snakes coiled around the stick are the bottom element in thedesign. There is no ferrule. There are a few shrinkage cracks. Carved portion is 18", total length is almost 34".(EST 200-300)
