Some back staining from the tape remnant. <BR>    One of the first endeavors of the re-settled Mormons was to build a Church-sponsored hotel called the Nauvoo House. Printed at the <i>Times and Seasons </i>office in Nauvoo. These stock certificates were signed by George Miller as president and John Snider as secretary. Since the stock certificates were transferable by endorsement, they served as a medium of exchange.
