(IL-305 G6). <B>Proof</B> on India paper. <B>Haxby Plate Note.</B> Farmer seated on bale of hay, farm implements surround, farmers in distance, top; seated Justice, lower left; young milkmaid churning, lower right. Haxby indicates that the issued notes all had tints (which is supported by the words ``PATENT OFFICE GREEN TINT'' at lower left. This short-lived bank was located about 20 miles north of Herb and Martha Schingoethe's home in Aurora. The $1 Kane County Bank proof sold for $632 in our October 2006 sale.
