Incorporated in Washington. Cert. #224, issued to Harry C. Warner in 1902 for 300 shares. Signed by A.D. Campbell as vice-president and secretary(illegible). Black on crème with orange borders and seal. 10 ¼” x 8”. Vignette of mythical god-like figure with tall ships in the background. U/C. The Thunder Mountain district was discovered in 1896, and thousands rushed there in 1902 as rumors of rich gold finds spread. The principal producers in the district were the Dewey and Sunnyside mines. The Dewey closed regular operations in 1907 and the boom was pretty much over (westernmininghistory.com website). We could not ascertain which mines this company controlled. Slight wear at folds. No printer noted. VF
