ID'D CIVIL WAR COLT SADDLE HOLSTERS, 11TH KANSAS. Polished leather saddle holsters for a large caliber revolver, likely the Colt Army model. Descended directly in the family of Josiah M. Hubbard of the 11th Kansas. Lacking the revolvers, which according to family tradition, were disposed of long ago. Provenance: Descended directly from the family. Leather stiff, but holsters largely in fine condition, save for one of the tab closures, with has broken off.
