I-HSING TEAPOTS. Lot of 4, all I-Hsing from Kiangsu province of China, probably dating to the 18th through early 20th centuries. Includes a tiny rounded form, undecorated, with Chinese mark on base, 1.75" high x 2.5" long; PLUS a melon-shaped pot with applied foo lion finial, 3.75" high x 6.5" long; PLUS a beautifully-crafted tree trunk form, 3.5" high x 7.25"long, marked on base; AND an rounded squat form on 3 bun feet with dragon head spout and dragon finial, and panther on handle, 3.25" high x 7.25" long. These pots have the reputation for making the best tea in the world. 1st perfect; 2nd tiny chips on spout; 3rd perfect; 4th tiny chip under lid.
