<B>Hyman G. Rickover Typed Letter Signed</B></I> "<I>H. G. Rickover</B></I>". Two pages, 8" x 10.5", on United States Atomic Energy Commission letterhead, Washington, D.C., [June 27, 1969], to Commander S. N. Levey, commanding officer of the U.S.S. George Bancroft. In this important letter Rickover identifies a problem of underutilizing Engineering officers aboard nuclear powered ships.
