<B>Huntsville, AL</B></I> - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 618 <B>The First NB</B></I> Ch. # (S)4067<BR> This note comes to us from the Kansas City collection, a long hidden treasure trove of over 1200 National Bank Notes from all over the country. While many of the greatest notes are from California, rare and important notes can be found from banks in virtually every state, most all of which are offered in tonight's sale. The majority of the notes in this collection, save for those from California, are new to the census, and all have been off the market for thirty years or more. This piece comes from a bank which is easy to find in small but quite scarce in large, with the census showing only seven such examples, all of which have been closely held for many years, with even the massive Loegler Alabama collection lacking a large note from this bank.
