Davy returns his… thanks to Mademoiselle Duvancel for the memoir she had the goodness to bring him from M. Ce Baron Cuvier & the letter from M. Ampere. Sir Humphry has been about from London & returned only yesterday. Lady Davy will call on Mademoiselle Duvancel this morning & Sir Humphry hopes they may have the satisfaction of seeing her at dinner tomorrow.” Light creasing, trimmed corner and small area where paper has been removed to the right edge of the second integral page, otherwise fine condition.
