Accepted Payment Methods:
1. Some items within the Auction are being offered with reserves. In the instances where reserves are implemented, they will not exceed the low pre-sale estimate. Most items in our Auctions sell without reserves.
2. All descriptions are subject to errors and omissions, and should only be used as a guide. Purchasers should take advantage of inspection opportunities to satisfy any questions they might have as to the condition, etc., of any item being offered. Photos have been reviewed for accuracy, but are not guaranteed to be correct. All items are sold As Is, Where Is. Questions concerning individual lots should be directed to the Auctioneer by e-mail or by phone. Except as set out herein, there shall be no warrant or guarantee expressed or implied, statutory or other wise of any nature. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in the inventory or otherwise, and not liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.
3. Internet live auction bidding will be subject to a 15% buyer's premium.
4. On-line bidding is a fast process, and no confirmation is given. In all instances, the Auctioneer will make absolute and final judgment as to who is the successful bidder of each and every lot, whether it be a live bidder, a phone bidder, an absentee bidder, or an internet bidder. All bids are irrevocable and shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Kentucky. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item As Is when making a bid.
5. Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted payment methods for internet bidders. Internet bidders shall make payment within 72 hours of receipt of their e-mail notification. If payment is not received within that time frame, and no alternate arrangement has been made, we will file a non-paying bidder violation with ebay. In the event that the purchases are not paid within the prescribed time, the Auctioneer shall have the right to re-sell such items without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from the sale, plus commission and expenses shall be paid by the purchaser.
6. All purchases must be removed from the Auction site by September 15, 2005. Remaining items will be moved to a storage facility, and the purchaser shall be assessed a storage fee equal to $5.00 per day for each item. Any item that has not been pick up by October 15, 2005 shall be considered as abandoned and will be re-sold by the Auctioneer, with the net proceeds after storage and commission, being paid to the purchaser.
7. We will assist in the packing and shipping of small items, with the cost of such to be paid by the purchaser. We will NOT assist in the shipping of any furniture item. All arrangements for delivery, shipping, etc., for large pieces of furniture shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
