7 1/2" long, 3 5/8" wide, 3 1/2" tall. Hugh Issel who was commonly known by the name Gray Eagle lived in Walton Hills, Ohio and was a well known contemporary folk artisan. He made numerous lures and wood carvings. I find his work to be very interesting and really enjoy some examples in particular. I really like his use of custom cast lead feet on his mice and rats. Hugh carved turtles, ducks, fish, frogs, mice, rats, and other critters. There are even some nude mermaid novelty lures.
