This shows the “HB” (Hudson Bay Co.) hallmark along with the fleur de lis, crowned standing lion, and dog hallmark. The piece is from circa 1800-1850 and is on a trade beads strand from the Northern Plains Indians. The trade beads are all 18th to 19th century glass beads including green and red sea glass or sand cast beads along with bright green faceted beads. The pendant is made of solid copper with an etched design and a round brass coin applied to the center with the “HB” hallmark in the center. Pendant measures 4 5/8”x4 1/8” with a 35” circumference necklace.
