Flown 1.5 x 1.5 segment of silver multi-layer insulation (MLI) foil which was part of Bay 10 of the Hubble Telescope from its deployment on April 25, 1990, until its recovery on December 24, 1999. The foil is encased in a 4.5 x 4.5 x 1 acrylic block, and includes a small informational note, in part: "This Piece of multi-layer insulation was removed from Bay 10 of the Hubble Space Telescope during Servicing Mission 3A…Please accept this as a token of our appreciation for your contributions to the success of the Hubble mission." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original box, which has a label on the cover reading, "For your contributions to the Hubble Space Telescope program."
