A distinctive piece of Whoville architecture from Ron Howard’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), this “Whoville Streetlight Finial” is an original prop centerpiece section from one of the whimsical double-lamp streetlights seen throughout the town square set.
Constructed of painted resin, the piece features the film’s signature Seussian curves and exaggerated flair, measuring approximately 13" x 10" x 5". This horned ornament sat at the intersection between the two lamp globes atop the curved Whoville streetlights, visible during key sequences, including the festive scene surrounding the towering Christmas tree in Whoville Square (as shown in the reference images).
Expertly crafted by the production design team to reflect Dr. Seuss’s instantly recognizable aesthetic, this prop exemplifies the vibrant, handcrafted detail that helped earn the film its Academy Award® for Best Makeup and multiple nominations for Art Direction and Costume Design.
Pieces of Whoville’s set dressing rarely surface, making this an exceptional opportunity to own a part of the world that brought Jim Carrey’s Grinch to mischievous life.

The item(s) may exhibit varying levels of wear and studio distressing, as detailed in the listing images that provide an accurate representation of the condition.
