This is a delightful pair of original 4" x 6" costume department reference photographs taken during the production of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (2000). These images showcase a whimsical snowman-themed Whoville costume worn during the film’s vibrant Whobilation celebration scenes.
Used behind the scenes by the costume team for continuity and design reference, the photos capture both front and back views of the performer in full costume, complete with carrot noses, top hat, and layered snowmen. The reverse of each photo is hand-labeled “Whobilation,” further tying it to the film’s eccentric holiday festivities.
A rare peek into the creative process behind one of the most visually imaginative holiday films ever made, these production-used photographs are a charming collectible for fans of the Grinch, Seussian design, or screen-used costume memorabilia.
