A whimsical, larger-than-life creation straight from the heart of Whoville, this oversized display hat was custom-made by the production of Ron Howard’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas for use in Mose, the town’s eccentric and beloved hat shop. Standing an impressive 16" tall and measuring approximately 14" in diameter, this one-of-a-kind prop perfectly embodies the quirky fashion aesthetic of the Whos.
Crafted with red, black, and gray plaid fabric and embellished with dozens of gleaming gold studs, the hat features an exaggerated flared brim and a classic Who-style round red pom-pom atop its crown. Built over a sturdy internal frame with a fabric-lined opening on the underside, the piece displays beautifully and retains all the playful, festive charm seen throughout Whoville’s bustling marketplace.
Highly unique and visually striking, this oversized Mose display hat is a rare surviving artifact from the film’s richly detailed set dressing, an ideal centerpiece for any Grinch or holiday movie prop collection.

The item(s) may exhibit varying levels of wear and studio distressing, as detailed in the listing images that provide an accurate representation of the condition.
