<B>"Old Honesty" Horse Racing Photograph Attributed to John C. Hemment,</B></I> 17" x 14" matted to an overall 23.5" x 20.75", Latonia, Kentucky, October 25, 1907. A splendid piece of photography, this early portrait shows a victorious jockey astride "Old Honesty" in an allowance race winner's circle. A smaller image, 4.5" x 2.5" showing the moment of victory is tipped into the top right corner. Some fading, chips to edge of original matt. Good condition.
