Native American Hopi-Tewa Miniature Ant Pot by Cheryl Naha Nampeyo V, measures 1''H x .75''W and is signed on the bottom, FYI: ''Cheryl is a fifth-generation potter of the famous Nampeyo potting family. Pots such as these were filled with honey and placed on the ant mounds to draw all the biting ants so they could be moved en masse to another location. The Story of the Ant Pots, by C. Naha quotes her saying that her grandmother was Daisy Hana Nampeyo (b 1906). Daisy was of the Corn Clan on her mother's side and the Tobacco Clan on her father's.''

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
