The auctioneer warrants that the paintings sold through the KAI Ocean Art Show 2019 Auction are original oil paintings by the artist Patrick Ching. The artist retains the exclusive right of reproduction for all paintings as well as the right to repaint other versions of the subjects. All owners of original Patrick Ching art will be registered in the artist’s registry of original art owners. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid.
