<B>Hollywood Vintage Still - Joan Crawford by George Hurrell (MGM, Circa 1936).</B></I> Still (8" X 10"). Another grand portrait of a Hollywood legend by George Hurrell. Hurrell had an absolute affinity for drawing out the essence of the women he photographed, and Joan Crawford was one of his favorite subjects. This is a wonderful image, capturing Ms. Crawford in a trademark knowing smile that only she could sell completely. There is a Hurrell studio stamp on back, very light wrinkles, and only a hint of corner bump.
