Vintage softcover autograph album, 6.25 x 4.75, dating from the 1940s, signed inside in ink or pencil by 43 stars of film or stage. About half of the signatures are cut from another source, including lightly-lined slips, then pasted onto a page. Signers include: Bud Abbott, Lionel Barrymore, Laird Cregar, William Frawley, Susan Hayward, Edgar Bergen, George Burns, Claudette Colbert, Jackie Cooper, Olivia de Havilland, Dorothy Lamour (signed "Dottie Lamour"), Agnes Moorehead, Donald O'Connor, and Penny Singleton. With only a few exceptions, each signature appears on its own sheet with some inscribed. In very good condition, with mild rippling and scattered soiling. The book's original owner wrote on the first page that the item bears signatures from "movie and radio stars all gotten in person at the Hollywood Restaurant 'Brown Derby' and Hollywood Broadcasting Offices."
