Holdenville Indian Territory letter from priest.
Father Glynn is writing Frank. Says he has just returned from "Sacred Heart & met with Father Abbott to receive you at the college." Tells Frank to get ready to leave and take his clothes and personal effects and "be very, very good, study hard, observe the rules & lead classes" and "be brave." He gives Frank the directions to the train at Konawa, Indian Territory from Wagoner. Father Glynn was stationed at the church in Eufaula where he had made many warm friends [Indian Times, May 6, 1906]. He is on his way to Holdenville to dedicate the new church and star as pastor. Both pages have several tiny holes and there is a one inch fold tear on the second page. Uncommon letter from a beloved pioneer priest.
