Items may be previewed at 601 S. McAllister in Quitman, Texas 75783. Please call 903-763-5060 to let us know that you are coming, especially if you are traveling from a long distance, as we are not always onsite due to our auction schedule. We are not opened weekends.
Purchases not shipped and picked up by customer at our Quitman warehouse will be charged an 8.25% Texas Sales Tax. For Texas customers: All dealers must provide us with a Texas Resale Certificate prior to paying invoice. Any other legal exemptions must be claimed prior to paying invoice and Texas Exemption Form submitted. Otherwise, all Texas customers will be charged an 8.25% Sales Tax.

Shipping Details:
All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs will be paid directly to the shipping company. Prime Equipment is not responsible for any equipment after it has left our dock.
Schedule of Fees by Prime Equipment to ready equipment for shipping:
$50.00 to put on pallet, shrinkwrap and metal banding to pallet.
Additional $25.00 for bubble-wrapping.
Additional $25.00 for cardboard box crating.
If you do not have a shipper, we suggest using www.freightquote.com online or call Jeff at 800-323-5441 x1758. Any purchases picked up directly by the customer at our Quitman Warehouse must be charged an 8.25%Texas Sales Tax. Small packages that can be fedexed will be made ready for shipping by the auction company and the fees for packing and shipping will be charged to the buyer's account. All fees must be paid prior to shipping of the item.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction close. Money orders or cashier checks should be made out to Prime Equipment and overnighted to 601 S. McAllister in Quitman, TX 75783. This is a LIVE AUCTION event. You are entering into a binding contract with the auction company, Prime Equipment, so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
1) Buyer agrees to make payment by MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, or overnight delivery of certified funds in order for internet bid to be accepted, and full balance by one of the same methods immediately upon notification of winning bid. Certified checks should be made payable to Prime Equipment. Notification of successful bids will be made within 24 hours of auction close.
2) You, the Buyer, agree to be responsible for the removal and shipment of purchased items from the auction location within 2 weeks of sale day. Any item not removed from the auction site within 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and can be disposed of (including resell) at the auction company’s discretion and all monies forfeited. For a fee (see schedule under shipping), Prime Equipment will ready equipment for shipping which may include palleting, shrinkwrapping, banding, bubblewrapping or box crating depending upon what you, the Buyer, orders (see schedule of fees). Buyer is responsible for arranging all shipping and paying the shipper direct. (If you do not have a shipper, we suggest using www.freightquote.com for competitive rates. Call 800-323-5441 ext 1758 Jeff Harkness.) Prime Equipment, the auction company, is not responsible for any equipment after it has left our dock. (Shipping damage sustained during shipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer, so please inspect your items before accepting them from carrier and note any damage on the carrier’s bill of lading in order for you to file a claims report.)
3) A 15% Buyers Premium will be placed on all winning bids. All items are sold by Prime Equipment "as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied nor guaranty as to its merchantibility". Some NEW items MAY carry a manufacturers warranty but it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the manufacturer directly regarding any warranty work. Prime Equipment does not warranty any equipment. All auction items are USED unless indicated as NEW.
4) Absentee bids will be accepted; however, the highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer’s absolute discretion. (Beware, Ebay does not provide auctioneer with absentee bids, but instead bids for the Ebayer during the live auction!) The Auctioneer, at all times, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to bid as agent on behalf of the Seller and any Absentee Bidder.
This auction is governed by the State of Texas, jurisdiction of Wood County.
