Ho Chi Minh Signed Photograph.
Ho Chi Minh Photograph Signed "HoChiMinh". A black and white photo, 7.8" x 5.25", np, nd. Ho Chi Minh appears in this photograph giving a speech before press and associates. He is dressed in all black and his trademark beard is quite visible. There are several interesting figures in this photograph along with Minh. The man standing behind Uncle Ho with the mustache and hat is Vyacheslav Molotov, the father of the cocktail by the same name. The man direct behind Minh's right shoulder is a personal friend of Stalin, the highest-ranking Russian Commander Klim Voroshilov. On the far right of the photo is a tall Russian officer in uniform; that man is the famous Soviet WWII Commander Rokossovsky. Ho Chi Minh is best known for establishing the Viet Minh Independence movement in 1941, and then establishing communist control in Vietnam in the 1950s. This movement led to France eventually giving up its control of Indochina and the establishment of a communist state in North Vietnam with Ho Chi Minh as president. The photograph is in very fine condition; stain on the left edge runs all the way down vertically; mounting traces on verso.

Important notice:</
