Manufactured in the U.S.A. this arm uses a semi-automatic closed-bolt receiver with a combination of domestic commercial and foreign military surplus components to comply with the National Firearms Act and then-active Assault Weapon Ban. Offset blade front and ladder rear sights, with quick-detach barrel assembly, top loaded magazine, swiveling carry handle, folding bipod, smooth pistol grip and steel capped buttstock. With a commercial hard plastic case, sling, 3 extra magazines and a copy of an ATF letter which declares the legal status of the design and documents the extents the designer had to go to get the arm approved.
