Civil War–dated DS, one page, 7.75 x 10, July 15, 1862. Special requisition document requesting “One Wall Tent and Fly…One Sett Pole…Thirty Wall Tent Pins.” Signed at the conclusion by Burnham and countersigned by Benjamin F. Harris. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, some creases, and expected document wear.
