Highly Attractive E.W. Patrick Custom Sako Riihimaki Bolt Action Rifle with Scope and Extra-Fancy Cu
Manufactured without sights, the receiver is fitted with a pair of gold washed rings and a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x scope. The stock is fancy-grained birds eye maple, with aged brass tip and trigger guard, contrasting maple, myrtle and ironwood inserts including oak leaf designs, "fish scale" checkering in the grip areas, raised comb and cheekpiece, sling studs and a Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. This rifle was featured on the cover of the January 1967 edition of Gun World magazine, and was the subject of an article titled "Too Pretty to Shoot", on the gun and it's maker, Arizona gunsmith E.W. Patrick, who did all of the work on the arm. A copy of the magazine is included.
