High quality fraternal organization sword patterned after US military sword marked Svendsen, Cincinnati, Ohio with the name of 2nd Lieut. William Farrell on blade. The grip is cast silver or white metal wrapped with wire and the guard shows American Eagle motives similar to military issue model 1860. The mounts and blade show the knights cross and symbol of St. John along with other knightly and fraternal motiffs. The blade is fine to near excellent condition with most of its gold decoration and etching. The scabbard also very good plus with some damage to the enamel only.
