High quality flintlock pocket pistol signed “Patrick, Liverpool” circa early 19th century and remaining in good to very good condition. The pistol measures 8” overall with 3 ½” barrel of approximately .52 caliber smoothbore. The metal surfaces are in good condition with traces of original finish and some minor erosion and pitting. The flintlock parts are all original. The stock shows crisp checkering and is at least very good with an unusual pewter forend cap and silver escutcheon’s. Est.: $700-$1,400.
