High quality continental sporting gun by Lebeda in Prague (Czechoslovakia), circa approx. 1850’s to 60’s. The double barrel percussion gun shows two sets of barrels, cased with accessories. Barrel #1 measures24-1/4”, 12ga, Open choked. Barrel #2 measures 28”, right barrel rifled, approx. .65 caliber, left barrel 16ga smooth bore, approx. Open choked. The gun shows highly engraved locks with game scenes and florals.The tang, triggerguard, and butt are engraved to match. There is an ornate panel scene on the patchbox of hunter stocking bore. The barrels show traces of their original brown finish drifting to a natural patina and somelight cleaning. The barrels are inlaid in gold with Lebeda’s name and Prague. The locks, mounts, are bright finished and show a bright original patina. The stocks are select walnut and show a light refinish longago. The gun is cased in an original to the period French style casing with complete accessories that include horn flask, leather shot flask, two molds, two screwdrivers, two powder measures, mallet, cap box, and
