High quality Custom bolt-action rifle on Winchester pre-64 barreled action by G. Hoenig, Boise Idaho. .375 H&H magnum, 25” Winchester heavy barrel mounted with hand-filed African type 1/3 rib with 50-ydiron sight, Hoenig type front sight with folding hood. The rifle is mounted with a Leupold 1-1/2 to 5 power scope on finger-release rail mounts. The action, pistol grip cap, and floorplate are nicelyscroll engraved. The rifle is beautifully polished and rust-blued and shows bolt reinforcements to the action through the stock which are engraved to match. The rifle is stocked in select walnut with a nicegrain, well selected for strength. The rifle shows studs for hook-type sling swivels. The stock measures 13-7/8” to the end of the wood, 14-7/8” to the end of the pad. The action is polished and worked, the rifleshows approx. 4lbs trigger.
