High grade custom African sporter by Mountain Rifles Inc. of Utah, .375 H&H Magnum caliber, on Winchester action. Neoprene stock, compensated muzzle, folding rear sight, hooded front sight. Mounted with Zeiss 3x9 power variable scope on quick detachable mounts. Teflon finish, fully worked action converting post-war model 70 action with pre-64 claw extractor. This rifle has been to Africa seven time and has killed most majortrophies including lion, cape buffalo, etc. The original cost from Mountain Rifles Inc, who were considered the best maker in their time, was over $10,000 and they are no longer available. The gun is in very good condition with a chip to the bottom edge of the pistol grip, otherwise very good plus. A very light African rifle weighing only 7-1/4lbs (without scope). Est: $3,000 - $6,000
