In part: “I don’t see much for a national celebration about anything. You and I might celebrate the fact that we once lived in the Golden Age.”; and a black ink signature, “Herbert Hoover,” on an off-white 4.75 x 3 card. Some creasing and a spot of soiling to the letter and vertical creasing to the card touching his name. otherwise overall fine condition.
