As Circuit Judge of the Eleventh Judicial District of Tennessee and as a Representative in the Congress from Oregon, his many services to country will be greatly remembered.” Archivally double matted and framed with a portrait of Hoover and a name plaque to an overall size of 18.25 x 13.5. In fine condition. Accompanied by the original White House mailing envelope.
