Caniff having been found worthy to be numbered as one of our Trusty Shellbacks has been duly initiated into the Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of the Deep.” Signed in the lower border by Hoover, and countersigned in print by Davey Jones and Neptunus Rex. Uniform moderate toning, scattered paper loss to edges, several edge tears, and seal intact, but torn, otherwise very good condition. Rolled. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
