Herb Trimpe had a long run on <B>The Incredible Hulk</B></I> that included such milestones as the introduction of Wolverine. Trimpe's rendition of a more compact but still massively powerful Hulk was the standard of the seventies and is still fondly remembered by fans of the era. The pages are nicely inked by an artist well known for his western and war comics, John Severin. One of the pages features the Hulk in action against a creature called The Colossus; the other shows the Sphinx coming to life in a sequence that looks like it could have come straight out of a '50s EC comic. The art is 10" x 15" on 11" x 16" pages. There is a slight crease on one page, a smudge on the other, and remnants of tape in the top and bottom margins. <B>Estimate: $600-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
