American ice hockey coach (1937-2003), best known for coaching the U.S. hockey team to a gold medal at the 1980 Winter Olympics in an event known as the “Miracle on Ice.” Color glossy 8 x 10 photo of Brooks on the ice in his Olympic warm-up suit, signed in blue felt tip. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from James Spence. In very fine condition, with a James Spence authentication label affixed to lower corner.
