Henry Ford document signed. Dated 12 March 1928, partially-printed ''PROXY'' document is elegantly signed ''Henry Ford''. The blanks are filled in by type, appointing one Thomas B. Gay to serve as proxy for Ford in a stockholder's meeting. Measures 8'' x 6.25''. Creasing, irregular bottom edge, small tears to edges, paperclip impressions to lower left and tape to top edge of verso. Very good overall. With PSA/DNA COA.
