Henry Cabot Lodge signed copy of the address he delivered to Congress on 9 February 1919 in memory of Theodore Roosevelt. The Senator from Massachusetts writes upon the front cover: ''For Alice with best love from H.C. Lodge''. Moderate toning to cover of the fifty-seven page 1919 Government Printing Office booklet, measuring 7.25'' x 10.25''. Minor chipping to spine which has separated from the binding. Overall in very good condition.
