<B>Vice President Henry A. Wallace and Sumner Welles Signatures</B></I> “<I>H. A. Wallace</B></I>” and “<I>Sumner Welles</B></I>”. Both signatures mounted to a paper backing removed from an autograph album, each mounted with portraits of the men clipped from newspapers. Wallace's signature has smeared, else it is in good condition.
