In part (translated): “I am writing to inform you that we have taken into consideration the fact that your participation in the Council’s meeting will incur great expenses. Therefore the management of the General Counsel decided to cover your expenses, providing that they will not exceed the total amount of 2 Lira Eretz Yisrael each time.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds. Jabotinsky was a prominent and influential activist, writer, and soldier who established a number of Jewish organizations.
